By creating an account or using Booklero, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Booklero is software for accommodation owners and rental teams to manage reservations, apartments, calendars, guest stays, and related operations.

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• You must not use the service for unlawful activity or abusive automation.

Booklero offers free and paid plans. Pricing, plan limits, and trial availability may change over time.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Billing and refunds are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

You keep ownership of the data you upload or import. We may process that data only as needed to operate the service.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booklero is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or interruption of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, threaten platform security, or misuse the service.
