Refund Policy

1. Overview

Booklero offers a free plan so users can evaluate the platform before buying a subscription.

Paid plans may include a trial on the first upgrade when that offer is shown at checkout.

2. Subscription charges

  • Paid subscriptions are billed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
  • Amounts already charged are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved as an exception.

3. Trial cancellations

  • If your plan includes a free trial and you cancel before the trial ends, you should not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • Trial availability may be limited per user, workspace, or account.

4. Refund requests

To request a refund, contact support@booklero.com and include your account email, charge date, and the reason for the request.

If approved, refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method. Processing times depend on Paddle and your bank or card provider.

5. Non-refundable cases

Except where required by law, we generally do not refund partially used billing periods, missed cancellations, or dissatisfaction after substantial use of the paid service.
